Hi Peter,
I could access Tidal yesterday via XXHighEnd in the normal way but today XX cannot access Tidal. I replaced the TidalSession file and that did not work. So I then I logged onto Tidal and changed my password to a new one. I deleted TidalSession file and then tried to logon to Tidal via XX using the new password but it does not work. Any ideas what might be wrong?

Dear Peter,
I have a problem in Tidal search. I had to change the password of my Tidal account.On the xxh, I deleted the Tidal sessions file and when I put the new password in the Tidal box to start searching it fails to register. I can open my account on the other devices with the new password.I have tried shutting off and restarting the music server which I use for Tidal. What should I do.

Hi Peter,
I too am having the same/similar problem. Logging in to Tidal through XXHE fails, however if I log into Tidal from their app, it’s successful.

For me it is the same. For "a whole world" it is the same.
I just sent a message to Tidal Support on what to do. I hope they ever answer, because I didn't contact them in years and possibly things have changed there.

Hi all, I'm not sure if this will be useful...
I stream Tidal with our TV in the kitchen. A couple of days ago Tidal stopped working on the TV. The message asked us to log into Tidal from any other device and to input the code shown on the TV. I logged in using the Tidal app on my phone, input the code, and Tidal starting working immediately.
I've just checked, and I can log into Tidal using XX 2.10 (on my music server).
Hope this helps. (And I hope everyone's well.)

Tidal is working normally here, and received a text from Paul saying his access was working again yesterday evening. Perhaps a glitch at the Tidal service of some kind ?

I had the same problem as Paul a few days ago, and was going to comment on it, but got caught up in other stuff. Just tried again, and all is working well. Assuming it has something to do with the offline mode features of Tidal that are now back.
