Peter, sorry to disturb you again
The connection between Music PC and Audio PC is working fine.
But the RDC from Ipad to Music PC will not work?
I get this message: check that RDC is activated on PC .........
I think i have done everything to solve it: restarted Ipad, PC and router many times
I have checked this on the Music Server PC :
1. Start Explorer.
2. RightClick on ThisPC
3. Choose Properties;
4. In the left top, click Remote Settings;
5. Check Allow Remote Assistance connections to this computer;
6. In the bottom section select Allow remote connections to this computer;
7. Click OK.
8. Start a command prompt (cmd fron Run under the Start Button);
9. Type : IPConfig [enter]
10. Write down the IP Address listed behind "Autoconfiguration IPv4 address" (or similar, but something with IPv4 in it, not IPv6).

Quick question :
Is the Music Server PC running in Normal OS Mode (not Minimized) ? If you run the Music Server PC in Minimized then I think it will not work.

I am sorry, but then I don't know.
I suppose that Google will help when you feed it with the messages you receive.
Anyway it is not related to XXHighEnd by any means. So, difficult to help now ...
And if this worked before, try to think of what you changed since.
I recall a similar problem with someone and an iPad, but I forgot who it was. But it is on the forum somewhere. Maybe search for "iPad" ? ... will be difficult I think.

I have been away for 3 weeks but W10 and Ipad can have been updated
And i have intalled XX 2.07 on Music PC.
It is not posible to open it if UAC is in normal position

Peter, i have missed that UAC to optimized option.
I can only open 2.07 when UAC slider is down.
When i right click on stop button i get a error message: continue or exit

Hi Tore,
Thank you for that error description. Well, details of them. The description I still don't know, although the translation tells me "cancelled by user". This should imply that you pressed Cancel or stop or something, on somethin what happened right before this.
A. What was that ?
B. What is the description of what you call an error ? (hey, there is a popup on your screen and it tells you something, apart from "continue or exit".
Besides this, I suspect that something strange is going on.
C. What version of what OS is this ? If it is a Home version then nor RDC is possibe.
D. Does that PC ask for a password when it has booted ? If not then you need to set a password or otherwise RDC can not operate.

Hi Peter, i was going to write to you this morning
Ipad is connecting to my Music PC again. All i did was unchecking the "allow external connection" in Windows and activate it again
XX 2.07 is asking for reboot when i try to open it with UAC in normal position. Reboot is not starting from that box, it starts from XX 2.04
Windows 10 32bit, processor is 64 bit on Music PC
When UAC slider is down 2.07 is working fine. The only thing is when i rightclick on the Stop button i get this error message:
there was an unhandled exception in the application

Ah, great. Thank you for that information.
I don't know how yet, but I must have made some error with the 32 bits OS and what happens with that rightclick on Stop functionality.
Am I correct that by accident this is no problem for you ? I mean, what's under that rightclick is : see screenshot below.
You won't run tha RAM-OS Disk on your Music Server PC;
I don't think you run Windows 10 there so you also don't need the UAC stuff to get to Tidal.
Am I right ??
So if I do nothing at this moment, you can do what you want to do ?

Hi Tore,
With my question about the OS you have running at the Music Server PC, I suggested that Home does not work, with that implying the question whether you have Home or Pro. But you did not answer upon that (admittedly) implied question. But I like to know it ...
In the mean time I tried the RightClick on the Stop button of my W7 32 bits and it just works. Also I really can't see what could be wrong with it, while clearly something *is* wrong.
Can you tell me ... which file exists in your XX folder (first cause Extensions to be visible !) :
1. UACUp.tss
or
2. UACUp.tst
I also made a version with some additional logging in it. See 2.07-06 below. Just paste over your XX folder. What I want to see works without switching on Logging, but maybe I see more if you switch on logging (and all the logging appears). So :
Switch on logging;
Quit XXHighEnd.
Restart XXHighEnd.
RightClick on Stop (now a new error message appears - no need to make a screen shot of it);
Grab the newest XX- LogFile from the TemporaryData sub folder;
Attach that to a post in the forum.
