It is a bit difficult for me to focus, as you seem to mix a few subjects.
In terms of Xtweaks do you apply the settings each time you play an album.
No (of course not
). But for XTweaks do notice that they only work in MinOS plus (!) that you need to click Apply to put them through anyway. You can set them in Normal OS but they work only when un MinOS.
Also, you need to reference to a location on X: in the Copy Settings To field in Settings. If not, nothing is going to be saved to permanent storage when you shut down (or reboot). But this is not really what you're asking about ...
Now you know that this sure can work, possibly you can elaborate better what you see or think what the problem is.
Also do you run both keyboard and mouse into one PS2 input?
I don't care because I don't have a mouse or keyboard connected.
I presume you y connect both mouse and keyboard usb into 2 x usb input to ps2 female adapter.
The leg of the Y goes into PS2 and the ends go to keyboard and mouse respectively (and don't even ask me whether those ends will be USB or PS2). Also, this is for the X99M MoBo hence one which explicitly accepts this (I'd say).
What about running a wireless usb to both keyboard and mouse through the PS2 adapter?
Maybe that exists, maybe not. Wireless USB in general did not exist 2 years or so ago. Maybe today it does ?
