At the risk of being told I have missed something I cannot Activate 202 under Windows10.
Having played some music in normal OS I then click the "Activate" button but then I get an error message "Unhandled Exception" which in the first line under details indicates that an app will not run unless UAC is activated. Obviously XX has previously switched UAC off during the install process.
Prior to installing 202 I made sure that EAC was set to normal as stated in the install instructions.

But now I have no clue what "app" as such has to run when you click my super personal Activate "text" (which is no button) ... so I now wonder whether we talk about the same activation. Yes I press "Activation" text :-) and that works fine by taking me to the screen with the Paypal button. It is when I press the Paypal button that I get the error message. Sorry should have made that clear before.

Peter,
I have the same problem, the error message that appears after clicking the paypal button states the following: "This app can't be activated when UAC is disabled."
I checked UAC settings, the slider is at the bottom.
Setting it one level higher and rebooting is fine, but when I start XXHE it gets changed back to the lowest level again.
Hope this helps ...

 Sorry guys, now I don't know what this is about. There really is no "app" in order as such. Just a HTML web page. Of course I did not test it like that ... but when I start XXHE it gets changed back to the lowest level again. Diede, but not without a reboot again I suppose ? (plus a reboot officially is needed after changing the UAC)  ! |

Hello Peter,
I have been able to activate 2.02 in windows 7 and access the activated version in W10. The title bar will stay red for a track or two and then I will lose activation and the title bar will revert to blue. While the bar is red, none of the activation features (MIN or core appointment) will work either. None of this is taking place on a RAM disk.
Don't know if this helps...

What I don't understand at this moment is how you were able to get to PayPal where others are not ?
Do you use another build (than 10074) perhaps ?
The activation itself should have worked out. I mean, I see no reason why something would fail (or have changed) in there (not worth much, I know and I certainly see that you even tried twice).
