No Remote connection when in minimized OS

Tonight I set up a remote desktop connection (with a iPad mini).

It seems to work just fine (un- and attended), but when I rebooted into minimized OS the remote is unable to connect.

Activated settings are:
Stop Desktop Services
Stop Remaining Services
Keep LAN services - Persist
Use Remote Desktop
Use Touch Facilities
OSD Tekst
Running Time OSD

Any idea why there isn't a connection when minimized?

Stanley, I am completely puzzled by this. But I can think of two things (the first not being really serious) :

1. You try too soon (it can take 1-2 minutes before a remote connection is accepted after boot up);
2. RDP (the tablet stuff) requires more than I know.

So Ad 2 :

Is it easy for you to try with a normal Windows PC ? (some laptop etc.)

And then still I think that something else can be different from my situation, because I am using the intermediate PC. Remember :
Tablet <-> Music Server <-> Audio PC
Point is : this (Music Server <-> Audio PC) is now not going through router firewalls etc. (just a direct cable) and I don't even know whether that can matter (for services running).

For further understanding (also for myself) :

Music Server runs all services (and is W7) and what we are talking about is the Tablet connecting to that W7 with all services running. Whether the Audio PC is in MinOS or not is totally unrelated to the Tablet connection (= your RDP). So all what matters is the Music Server <-> Audio PC and whether the Audio PC is in MinOS or not ... it does not matter in MY (RDC) situation (Audio PC is W8 - today W10).

This will be not so easy to troubleshoot ...

Does it matter when you activate Keep WiFi Direct services + also Keep PAN Services ? (first go to Normal OS again to set those)

Activating Keep WiFi Direct services and also Keep PAN Services did the trick.

And I have to say the remote for XXHE works great and conveniently. 

Curently it works in my home network with all the other laptops, phones, tablets and printers , but I will get a simple router to make a dedicated WiFi access point for audio.

BTW, XXHE 2.01 works great and I'm playing with the filters now. It sounds amazing (and now Windows 10 is the new temptation....).

Ok Stanley, when you have a minute or 3 spare ...

Can you try whether it still works without the Bluetooth PAN services ? I expect that it still works.
So point is : When it works with the WiFi Direct stuff, it still might be unnecessary much what's active so in the targetted group I like to "minimize" again anyway. But this is only a few trials (somewhere in the future). But understand ? I first like to get rid of the whole Bluetooth load.

With the Keep PAN Services deactivated all works fine.

(Changed in normal OS and rebooted in Minimized).
