If you don´t know about electronics nor about the mystery of PCIe cards, power supply rail cards, etc but still you want to improve the Sound Quality of your system you can always go to Ikea and buy for only 16€ the Beddinge headrest. Do you think I´m kidding?, not at all. This "hi-fi device" makes the same effect as when you put your hands instinctively around your ears to listen with more attention, with a less pronounced effect of course, and being much less tired  . It acts also like if it had some kind of regulator to make the effect more or less pronounced, just move it up or down of your nape and you get the perfect level of detail you are looking for. Haha I know. My couch has headrests (width-throughout) which can be put up or put down. The put-up (made of textile) has a dampening effect.
But I experienced more with these kind of reflection / or dampening things, and I like neither.
I don't like headphones either - which to some small extend are similar.

Well, I bought it today and the sound seems to be too in front and a little harsh but of course it needs some burning time so I´ll report again in about 100/200 hours haha! Juan |
