Hi Peter,

I'm new and step by step would like to set up my xxHighEnd for the best SQ. Somehow I can not minimize OS.
The version is 0.9z-8-3a, but I'm sure the problem is coused by me...

I can create restore point, but the message just before minOS is: We are sorry but your Reboot into Mininized OS can not continue. You may want to contact Phasure about this.
Please find attached a log file and a screen shot. Please advise.

Kind Regards,
Laszlo

Hi there Laszlo,

It seems that you are not Activated. So, after upgrading to 0.9z-8-3a you may have forgotten to Activate ? And otherwise changes happened to your system so your Code is not valid anymore. This is not your fault of course and only a little inconvenient. Solution in this case : get yourself a new Code through PayPal, and I will return the money as soon as I see it.

Kind regards,
Peter

Hi Peter,
Thank you the quick response. Well, so much to learn, to test... I will upgrade my code according to your suggestion and come back with the result (hopefully with positive).

Kind Regards,

Laszlo
