Hello ,
Have been able to connect RD via WiFi .
However , when in Unattended mode , the WiFi turns off and so the RDC . Did try Keep Lan/Pan/WiFi direct and Use remote D , but no results .
Any Idea ?

Hi Stefano,
Are you in Minimize OS ? This happens to me when I am in Normal OS mode...
As for the Wi-fi thing, I think that Peter mentionned it requires special hardware (that is not available at the moment), so this button is not intended for Wi-fi as we perceive it (so not working)...

EDIT: I should specify that this happens to me with a standard network cable (not wi-fi)...

I guess that it takes a while to start the music when in Normal OS and doing unattended, depending on the selections you made with the settings, like "Stop all remaining services" and such ? It will start faster when in Minimize OS, since all those remaining services need to be stopped...
As for wi-fi, I can't tell if it will work, but I guess that if you leave "Keep Lan services" ON, it should ?

Nope , Keep Lan on , would not do . This is Unattended and normal mode OS .
Coming back from Unattented , the wifi service remains off , and it takes a reboot to turn it on .
Of course , I agree that Minimized OS will go to Unattended faster .

ah... Maybe I did not express myself correctly. You are right, LAN disconnects even if it is set to be kept ON in Normal OS mode. Only in Minimize OS will it stay (if ON)...

Nothing is made to sustain WiFi at this time ... However, Stefano, when nothing is shut off it should work I'd say. That is, I see no reason why not. But maybe it is also not 100% clear what you have been trying to this regard, although it looks that you tried to let all run. Well, if that is so I'd say nothing shuts down.  Peter |
