Peter - has activation changed under W8? before W7 I used to be able to reload the O/S using the same licence number and provided the computer was still in the same Workgroup and had the same name the licence key worked from the previous install. Now it seems I have to order a new licence key each time I reinstall the O/S.

Peter it is not a problem at all for me it is more that I was concerned I was causing you problems asking for a refund each time (but of course not if it is automated.) I just thought I was doing something incorrect.
