Following question of an operation with an activated XXH 0.9z-6 or 7

1) I start XXH with a full screen
2) Buttons "Show as Wallpaper" and "At Attended" are engaged
3) I start play

Question: What is shown on the screen after Play starts?

On my Laptop I see (0.9z-6) "XXH main view" disappears and the Wallpaper is shown on the full screen! Correct?

Thank you for the answer!

Now I mark xxh at the middle button (minimize) on the upper right corner, xxh is still full screen (but I can move  xxh with the original size), start play and the wallpaper does not show up.

ummmm .. maybe it's a typo or the German beer is stronger than over here, but as far back as the first version of Windows, the middle button of that cluster has been the MAXIMIZE/RESTORE button. The one on the LEFT is used to hide any programs GUI. The middle button is used to expand to full screen and when pressed again to RESTORE to its PREVIOUS SIZE. If the previous size was almost full screen to start off with, then of course it will still hide whatever is underneath.

Just trying to help out a fellow Ritenour fan Happy

Cheers,

Russ

 OffTopic

Indeed he is. I discovered him in around 1988 when I bought his "Festival" album, and have been collecting most of his albums since, including his collaborations with others such as Grusin and Carlton, and his time with Fourplay initially. A truly gifted artist.

Co-incidentally, I was listening to "Two Worlds" yesterday Happy

One disadvantage of living on a huge island in the middle of big oceans is that a lot of the world's best artists don't visit very often, but I guess that makes those visits more memorable when they do occur. Regrettably, I have never seen RT play live.

Cheers,

Russ

ok I had to chime in here... and I know Peter, lo siento,...

but I also saw Lee Ritenour live at the [strike]Belly Up[/strike] The Roxy (sm place in LA)
back in the late 70s with
Abraham Laboriel on bass
Ernie Watts on sax
Dave Grusin keyboard
Steve Forman Percussionist
Alex Acuna Drums
{heh I remember the lineup still some 35 years later}

I will forever remember this as being the greatest concert of my life.  I've never seen a tighter group as they swung with each other, pulled apart, bounced off one another, yet remained a single entity.  Went with 3 friends, I think I was still senior in high school.  Absolutely incredible, but don't try to find it in his albums, which I like, but have never captured the magic intensity of that night.... shoulda recorded live.

How can it be related to that comment when that comment was after it.
And no, my comment is not related to boleary's either; I never saw that because I was busy more with removing a larger post which assumed you to be trolling.

And so I think you do.
If it weren't that boleary came in between with some 'correct'. What is correct ?

Now don't give me these sh*t answers. AND DON'T CHANGE POSTS AFTERWARDS.

Hi Peter,

why did you not answer my first question of this topic????????

This topic is a very important question about activation of your software, because with your advise in the activation email, it will not work, (if the wallpapers remain yellow,) following your Manual!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The reason is: you never see the wallpaper!!!!

One step after the other now.

1) NORMAL Windows users are working with programs such as Excel, Word or AutoCad in "FULL SCREEN", and such as me with XXH!!! (see the note by Calibrator above )

2) Following your manual of the activation ( http://www.phasure.com/index.php?topic=2131.0 ) you cannot be sure that the XXH is activated.

3) now your email steps in:

-Quote-

Enter the received Activation Code in the field for it (under the PayPal button);
Click Activate;
Wait until the message "Done" appears.
Change the XX Settings such that WallPaper Coverart will show for Attended Playback;
Load one or two tracks in the Paylist Area and Play in Attended mode briefly;
Watch the yellow borders of the Wallpaper Coverart.
Stop playback and Quit XXHighEnd.
Start XXHighEnd and play again. If all is right now the Coverart shows red borders

-Unqoute -

I'm still working with a FULL SCREEN, as ALWAYS!!!!!

You know what is going on, when I click PLAY.  NOTHING!!! I see no Wallpaper!!

You know why?

See your note in this topic:

-Quote-

Of course no wallpaper shows in either version because you mask it with the full screen xxhe.

-Unquote-

Due to this missing simple remark ( I'm not a bright person with XXH and other programs) in the manual all the fighting over the last two days.

I finished my last beer yesterday and I want to listen to real good music now and buy another activation code of XXH via Paypal.

This is my last reply to this stupid topic before I delete it. This was my answer :

And now stop the BS.

Quote

No. Normal Windows users know what the Wallpaper is. xxhe users in particular know that. And so, normal Windows users KNOW that when they are told to look at the wallpaper, they most obviously should not leave their application in full screen mode. And no, I a m not going to adjust whatever guide for some, only because they refuse and are trolling.

And no, I am not able to understand any post from Calibrator which responds to text you removed. And as a matter of fact you heavily waste my time and that of others.

Quote
On my Laptop I see (0.9z-6) "XXH main view" disappears and the Wallpaper is shown on the full screen! Correct?

No. Total bullsh*t, no matter all the boleary's in the world agree.

As I said earlier, I and we want to help you all over. But you won't let us.
Ok, done.
