When i look to the properties of RAMDISK i see FAT32
I think with this you imply you didn't do it yourself. So maybe there's a difference in that ?
I'm not even sure how to do this, once alll the DataRam settings are in there. So, at first for me too it went automatically, but now it won't go without that anymore. I mean, when I shut it off, I (now) always have to explicitly initialize and format it. Just because I did that once (??). To mimic this, you should remove the volume, up to re-initializing it. Next make the volume again, and format it (FAT32).
But don't ask me whether is helps / this is the culprit somewhere.
