Since 8th Jan I get a "Remote Desktop Connection warning identity of remote computer cannot be verified.
How can I fix this?

Robert,
Some of us have had problems with remote desktop related if you configure the RDC connection to require a password. I have found the connection to be much more reliable by allowing connection with a blank password.

It does work once Yes ticked despite errors. Robert, what so you mean "despite errors" ? Or do you mean despite the orange screen you showed ? Anyway, I don't know and never saw it. Probably it is related to the Windows version you use on the Music Server PC (although intuitively you may think that it is your Mach III). The advice to work without Password (if you could delete that in the first place) ... not sure whether I can agree with that. First off, no problems "with" whatsoever, secondly without password some things definitely won't work. And Robert, you might re-attempt with a readable picture, if possible. Best regards, Peter |

I've been getting that one for years, on and off. It is a benign message and other than you needing to click something every now and then it seems harmless. Pretty sure it is to do with the MusicServer, which I don't turn off any more so I don't get the message any more...

I investigated online and its a problem with remoting from a computer with a newer version of Win OS than the one being accessed (Ram OS). My Music server runs latest W10. Robert
