Hi Peter,

Since yesterday I am not getting any results in my search for Artist Albums through the search field in XXHE ( music server)from Tidal.

I am subscribed to Tidal.
Internet connection is on in the music server.
Rebooted music server too in case of any bugs.

The day before yesterday I prepared streams from Tidal. Now suddenly nothing comes up. No prompts pop up either to explain the reason why.

Could you pls help me out.

Best regards,

Arvind

Hi Arvind,

Once in the (unknown) time, the Tidal Session runs out. This means you must re-login. Official logout was never made (I will put that in my ToDo now).

In your XX folder there's a TidalSession.dat file. If you delete that, the login screen appears which you ever back saw (restart XXHighEnd and apply a Tidal Search for it).

Kind regards,
Peter

Arvind,

Then you should be the more rare occasion that somehow logging in from your own country does not work any more. You could send me your tidal email and password by email. I can log in for you from here and send back the .dat file. You put that in your XX folder and it should work again.

Regards,
Peter
