I recently purchased some used Kimber Cable 8TC speaker wire from Ebay to compare with my AntiCables speaker wire. The 8TC is the equivalent of a 9 gauge wire and the AntiCables are 12 gauge. I was pretty amazed at how well the Anticables compared to the 8TC, the highs were as clear and smooth and the bass was as tight and natural sounding; however, the 8TC added a depth to my soundstage that has been a revelation. Where before I had a bit of congestion with very loud orchestral passages, I now have vivid front to back separation. Am very pleased with the purchase.
