Hi Peter,

Sometimes I have an issue when downloading Flac files from Tidal. I get the an error message (see attachment), when clicking OK the download will go on. But it seems to time out somewhere because it cost much more time.

In the end the tracks are okay and will play but images are not downloaded.

Is something wrong at my side?

Hi Arjan,

Is this repeatable ?
Simplest way to "repeat" it would be to Rightclick on the Item (Album) in the Library Area and choose Streams + Get Coverart from Tidal.

I tried to Google it, but it doesn't bring me much, probably because the message is in Dutch. But if I had to guess I'd say something with a Proxy (or (DNS) Naming service somewhere.

It would be helpful if you can switch your OS to English, so I can see the message in English. Of course I tried a few translations but I'm confident the English message is quite different. This already starts with the "opgehaald". But there has to be more (changes) because I find nothing in (my) English.

Anyway I have never seen such a message.

PS: A few days ago I had a similar issue, for the very first time. That implied an error on the Tidal side, but I could not do much with it. That did not obtain the tracks themselves, while playing it through the Tidal player itself worked. I am mentioning this because I recall the same "resources.wimpmusic.com". And that *is* from the images (Coverart).
Which album is this happening to ? hey, trying it myself could be way more easy than you switching the OS to English. fool

Hi Peter,

Yes it is repeatable. When it goes wrong it goes wrong all the time. Attached the error in the English version.
It goes wrong for every album, all the time on that PC.

I have 2 pc's that I can use for Tidal downloads. The music-pc which is Windows 7. This gives me most of the time this issue, error attached is coming from that pc as it is today. It has also worked fine, so not always errors, but most of the time it does.
I also have a windows 8.1 laptop and that gave me no errors until yesterday. But today it is fine again.

As long as one of the pc are okay I have a workaround. But when yesterday the laptop also gave issues I started worrying.
