The tools I currently use to make perfect back-ups of my CD's and get rid of the originals when done are:
EAC 1.0 ----> for SECURE ripping (Updated)
Cuetools ---> for testing and converting (is updated to recognize more accurip versions of the same album)
Photoshop --> to make proper scans in 300-600 DPI .png file (about 3-8 MB per scan) also scanning the
the laserside of the CD for the matrix code this could be relevant for comparing versions etc.
Tag&Rename, Tagscanner and Foobar (with discogs tagger) ---> for tagging info into the flac files.
