Dude i just fixed it ... i was fidding around with it .. lol .. Was trying to figure out how to make the motherboard stop throttling my processor up and down so i could have a consistent clock speed. Im guessing what was causing it was Gigabytes "Easy energy Saver stuff or w/e causes the processor to throttle up and down! I will take pictures of my bios and post them later tonight.

You are not alone. After building my brothers 1090t - Asus iv formula - 5870 system... and swapping out a Abit In932max for a PQ5Pro Turbo to overclock my Q9550 and swap out my 9800gtx with a 470gtx.. i had some left over parts. So i picked up this G41M-Combo for my E6600 2.4ghz .. ive had for years.. sitting just waiting to be used. This board was cheap so i got it. However when listening to music over .. lets say myspace.. or maybe a few minutes into a DVD .. that slow sound processing effect tends to happen. Now take in mind im using a Sound Blaster Audigy SE. There just seems to be some stuttering.. or sluggish choppiness when some serious audio is being pumped out the speakers. The only time i have ever heard a PC make this kind of noise.. is when its under some stressful loads.. but this system is clean.. freshly installed..

Sad to say it but this motherboard is funked up. Gonna call Gigabytes tech support and see if they will hook me up with something to replace it via RMA. It was ony 50 bucks.. so I aint gonna sweat it.
