I start to recognize that people using an email address like [MyEmailName]@gmx.[country] (country is "de" (Germany) ?) will not receive emails from sales at phasure com. I don't know how we can solve this, but I already heard from one of you that the gmx domain causes more trouble than only not receiving emails from me. So the issue is on the gmx side ? ... not sure. But maybe a few of you can give them a call and we can sort out things together. It is quite (no, very) inconvenient, because the emails I send just don't arrive without any notice. So you ask a nice question, I even give a more nice answer, but it doesn't arrive and obviously you think I never answered. Next I think "oh well, he got angry". Thanks, Peter |
