Title: MQA decoding stopped working Post by: manisandher on February 09, 2018, 10:02:24 pm I can no longer use MQA decoding in XX. MQA files that I've been playing for weeks no longer play decoded. If I switch MQA decoding off, everything is fine.
I got a couple of errors saying something like 'missing header' or 'header error' - unfortunately, I didn't capture them at the time and can't recreate them now. The error messages no longer appear, and XX seems to be playing normally (in Unattended and Attended), but there's no sound. Nada. In Attended, even the counter works and everything looks OK, but no sound. As soon as I disable MQA decoding, everything works as expected. Anyone else with a similar issue? Mani. Title: Re: MQA decoding stopped working Post by: PeterSt on February 10, 2018, 10:08:45 am Well Mani, it was a good read. I started to be intrigued already. Like time bombs in the decoder etc. (not put there by me of course).
Have a nice weekend, Peter Title: Re: MQA decoding stopped working Post by: manisandher on February 10, 2018, 05:27:14 pm Haha, that was exactly my first thought, hence why I jumped the gun and began typing.
But all remains well with MQA... for now... Mani. |
