XXHighEnd

After using XXHE for some time under Windows Server 2016 (with some quirks), I recently installed Windows 10 build 15063. So far so good: the sound is almost as good, and I did not try changing any SQ-related settings yet.
However, after playing in Minimized OS unattended, when the screen comes back up after pressing Alt-X, I see only non-textual elements of XXHE, and also of other programs. Almost all text (including button text) has disappeared. See screenshot.
Is this a known problem for build 15063? Any way to solve this?

Well ... that seems bad luck for you then. Maybe you don't really need the text ? :swoon:
Is this in Normal OS already ? (if so, you can always try MinOS and cross a few fingers)

But maybe it was not a wise thing to do. There is no official support beyond 14393.0. I do have 15063.0 all right (for many months by now) but can't find the time to do something with it. Besides, the prospect is not good SQ wise (too much overhead in that build, of what I read on the Net).

oh and Peter, I may still have a Windows 10 build 14393 Education edition lying around. Would that work? It may have extra functionalities, but also lacks some, which could be a good thing. For instance, no Cortana on the Education version, I believe.

Dennis, if that Education version is 14393.0 then it should be fine. However, take care that it can do RDC or otherwise you have no remote ...

I downloaded 14393 from here a few weeks ago. works like a charm , installed over my old win10 10586, which previously replaced a win7 ultimate activated version...
