Hi Peter, can you explain what this means and how  can this affect SQ?

Andre,

As fas as I know it doesn't. But it has been made for "stupid" Windows 10 quirks (no drivers available for many devices - at least at first) and I use it myself for our Phasure NOS1a DAC which now comes with non-signed drivers.

Regards,
Peter

Should I click change and reboot or leave it as is?

Andre,

You can leave it as is; by the time you have a driver around which won't install because it is not signed, you can always change this.
