I just ran into the situation that Preparing from Tidal would not work with an "Unauthorized" message. This happened for everything and all. This means that the Tidal Session has expired (this happened one time before).
Why this happens is unclear and when this happens can not be predicted (it's a Tidal thing). Remedy :

Go to your XX folder, find the TidalSession.dat file and delete it;
Restart XXHighEnd;
At re-attempting Tidal, you will be asked for the login data. After entering that data it will work again.
