Peter when i like to copy (add to galerie) everything to All Music this error came up!

EDIT: Found out that too many maps underneath is causing the problem. Is music i never play so that is removed.  :)

This is a known problem;
When you copy the bits and pieces it will work. This is something to solve by me, but it comes down to "too much".

Indeed -like the message says- it comes down to the path including the filename cannot exceed 260 charachters.
Nothing to do about it. :o

This is one of the reasons why I've not started in on my classical rips, and I wanted to make sure I had my folder/naming scheme lined up first.  One reason I now have my music in only one folder ie Miracle Fortress - Five Roses
With Classical it will be harder, but i'm still only putting the rip into one folder level.....Probably put "main" composer first then... hmm thank goodness for galleries though.

It was only hanging on 2 or 3 maps.... After re/moving them it works great.  :)

So, make the output path shorter, or if impossible, make the input path shorter.
Anyway, what goes wrong is that the output path gets too long (can be 260 characters in total).

Another reason that it errors, is that .mta files exist in the input path, while the input path is about physcial files (so, e.g. .wav and .mta together). This situation should not exist, but can when you copied Galeries the wrong way around by accident.

Yep I've Had this happen.

Also, a file that was not too long, might become too long when added to a gallery because of adding on the .mta extention in gallery? (am i right about this?)
