Nah, somewhere you deviated from 'some' path. Not sure where. But you can try this : Change the UAC to some other level. Reboot. Uninstall the Phasure OCX. Reboot. Start XXHighEnd and hope that it will start with installing that OCX again. However, when it first applies the UAC change itself + reboot, then it is also fine. If this does not help then best is to reinstall the OS. An additional remark : When you, via all sorts of detours, have 'followed the manual', then you did NOT.
