Title: new "feature" found Post by: charliemb on January 29, 2014, 12:02:17 am I have found a new feature of XX.
if I am playing attended and I select a 4824 file, while selecting AI up sampling, instead of being up sampled to 192, it actually gets up sampled to 176. Title: Re: new "feature" found Post by: PeterSt on January 29, 2014, 11:02:47 am LOL
Maybe you can imagine this : Often I am testing with test signals and sometimes I compare 44.1 based with 48 based. Also sometimes I need to compare Arc Prediction with Anti Imaging and it can happen that I have selected 48 based and engage AI. And then always (for maybe years) it slips my mind "did I actually make that explicitly ? - hmm ... guess so." But I guess not eh ? Title: Re: new "feature" found Post by: PeterSt on April 13, 2014, 01:59:12 pm Looking into that today, and it even comes as a surprise for me that AI can only upsample from 44100 and only that. This, while "earlier on in the program" all is prepared to do all (or at least way more) so to me (and by now) it looks as if all is working. Worse - the general routine for it does not fail on it, but actually it just goes way wrong.
Anyway, working on that now. Peter |
