Title: Speaker "Gasket" (liquid) Post by: SeVeReD on May 25, 2013, 09:35:33 pm I'm working on switching around my mid drivers (for new/different/configuration).
The last time I played around doing this I noticed when I took the speakers out, the speaker builder used some kind of liquid gasket (the speaker cabinet is wood). When I put the new speakers in they didn't mold to the already there gasket very well. I want to scr*pe out the old gasket and put in new ones. Anyone know of what kind of (liquid?) gasket I could use? Or a decent site (im in the us) to go to for speaker parts? Thanks, dave Title: Re: Speaker "Gasket" (liquid) Post by: juanpmar on May 26, 2013, 12:46:36 am Maybe this place: http://www.speakerworks.com/ (http://www.speakerworks.com/)
