The original Release Notes to 0.9z-8(a) promised that no User Account Control settings had to be applied because XXHighEnd would be doing that herself. This now appears not to work and wasn't noticed because a "manual" tweak during testing does not allow reverting that and test it as if all would be fresh. It is not even clear whether the manual switching UAC to Off (slider all the way down) will let the auto-procedure do the remainder of the job. Probably not. In the next version this is solved.
