If I see it correctly you are trying to unpack it with 7Zip. Possibly this does not work for (this) RAR. I have had no other complaints ... I tried with the std Windows 7 utility (through context menu), then with "The Extractor", then "7zip")... Retried with each of them after downloading 2 more times... It is the first time it happens (with W7, SP1)... I will try it with my laptop just to check if it is a problem with my "all purpose" PC or...

I downloaded it again (using a direct link to the download this time) and that one was okay and unpacking did not give any problems. No problems unpacking it but installing (can't get it installed properly on my PC) or even make it work using my laptop is something else, too many fails so far making me stop and do something else. The other one ends at _7.zip replace that for the new one with _7a.rar and download it. PS: There is no "direct link" to elsewhere.
