The problem is that the interface is messed up: the section where I can choose arcpredict, for example, is missing and the background is made of red-yellow oblique lines with some rectangular grey areas. Slide the little slider in the left all the way up. Now you have a normal background (which otherwise is customizable, see Skinning in the Tutorial section). Drag the [ 1 ] button at the top to the right far enough so the left pane with your missing section appears again. Notice this is on purpose (and for tablet use or high scaling factors otherwise).
