Title: Peak Extend and Arc Predict with 1x upsampling Post by: charliemb on July 31, 2012, 05:29:05 am If Peak Extend and/or Arc Prediction is checked, and then 1x is selected on the slider (.9z-6-1c), it's a little bit counterintuitive as to what actually happens (since AP is a form up upsampling).

AP will do noting. PE will still be active. Don't ask me how PE works out regarding the several "debates" on its distortion factor in the out of band frequencies, since this can not be checked (or I must really sit back and think about how). So, not filtering is active, and therefore all will be a "mess" anyway (waiting for the filtering DAC to solve that of course). Peter |
