Title: Gettin message "Out of memory - Total picture size . . . " Post by: Stanray on May 22, 2012, 10:47:48 pm Possible this question has been asked before, but I wasn't able to find the answer.
With some albums I'm getting the message "Out of memory". "Total picture size in Cover art Pane too large? (can be 1000's of pictures)". "Length of cover art file is zero?" This happens with some albums, but I can't see why (the file-size isn't larger than albums that don't show this message. Anyone please? It is related to the faster means of how I determine the size of a JPEG and it doesn't work always.

If you switch on Logging, then in the XX log file you will be able to see which image is causing the problems. You then may also be able to see what's special with that one. If not, maybe we can think of you sending me those you showed (assumed it really must be one of those) so I can try to copy the behaviour over here.

However, the problem occurred with 8 of my 1702 albums and these were stolen torrents. In the end I just deleted them and I will try to get legitimate files :innocent:.
