I guess he's already said something about buisness... maybe you could do without the Prem and just get basic... I wouldn't try to do upgrades... but that's just me not trusting MS. I bought a full version of Vista Home Premium 32-bit (I don't think xxhighend works yet with 64bit) OEM System Builder Pack for ~$100. US from Frys Electronics... gl.
