When you had logging Activated before hopping over to a new version, and assuming you created a new XX folder for that, this new "install" will inherit the Logging from the old one. However, in that case the TemporaryData folder won't be re-created, that causing serious response problems (like waiting over 30 seconds before a track starts playing, while 3 could be enough). You can switch Logging off, and the problem will be over. Also, you can switch it off and on again, then the folder will be there, and there's no problem either.
