I queued up a Fourplay album a short time ago, simply called "X", and when the GUI disappeared and the wallpaper was expected, the following 2 messages came up. Thinking the error may have been due to the short album name I then tried again with one of their other albums called "4", and the same error condition resulted. I then tried yet another album, this time with a longer file name and residing in the same artist folder, and all was fine. The folder art appeared to be intact in the actual gallery folder for the 2 albums in question.

In both the "X" and "4" albums, the same 2 part error message occurred before each subsequent track.

Hopefully you can replicate the condition.

I can't recall reading about this issue before.

Edit: Similar events occur for Stanley Clarke & George Duke's album named "3"

I must honestly say that I have run into 3 or 4 of these messages (situations) myself lately, but couldn't see the line in them. I don't recall the albums to have short names like this, but I certainly will look into that. Should be easy to solve.

I can't recall that I solved this for 0.9z-4(-1) or something, but I can't let it go wrong either ...

Is this bug still there ?

Just checked ... unfortunately YES.

Same conditions as I outlined above.

Would a log file assist ?

Yaahhh, but wait. Your album isn't named "4", it is is named "4 ( 1998 )" ...

In the mean time I hope that the director on Sepang has more sense of what to put cameras to than the one in Melbourne the other day. After 90 minutes of F1 I had no clue what I had watched. That the dutch commentary was 4 seconds ahead of the visuals didn't help much either. :swoon:

I name all my albums with the recording date at the end and never gave it a second thought. I'm sure with this new piece of "evidence" you can figure it out now:)

re. the F1 coverage, you could always try listening, or even watching, the english commentary via the BBC's web streaming facility. You would probably need to fudge your IP address to appear as being in the UK but I'm sure you know how that's done ;)

BTW .. i've been using the Android timing app from softpauer.com on my phone to get live sector times etc, and it works brilliantly!
