I can only play a few music files with the newest version. I get a error message witch says con not find the file. Can not find that there are spesial files, like flac or wav, it wont play. I Have tried several different settings. the Q1 set to -4 is the only setting i can get proper sound with. In previous versions it works fine.

Did you install everthing in a new folder ? if not, you may try that. It should be about something being inconsistent ...

I think I was a little to exited with the first install. But i reinstalled it in a new folder, and the problem was the same. I`ll try a new install now.

Nothing changed. New install, but the same fail. Caller: G can`t find the file C:\XXHighEnd\0.9-y6\UnicodeTrack0001.wav. And: Music File does not exist (1) : UnicodeTrack0001a.wav. 

It looks like you are using Anti Imaging for upsampling; This should work by itself, but is largely dependent on other settings and I sure won't have tested all the combinations. But ... is it your intention to use AI ?

I have used AI since it came. But you were right as allways, AI off, and then it works. Thanks :)

But you want it fixed I suppose ? In that case, please post your XX log file, because I really need that one. Do that together with the X3 log file from "the" situation. X3PB is not needed.

Similar (same?) issue with a Coldplay cd just happened.

Some clue can be in the xx log file (attached). So far it is the first time i get this error.

Hi Telstar. What do you mean ? I don't see you applied the Anti Image upsampling filter ...
So now my question is : what exactly when wrong in your case ?

And whatever it was, can you find the X3 file going along with the XX file you posted ?

No, it cant play no matter if i use a filter.

Plain vanilla now and see attachments.

Telstar ... there's a line in the XX log file that tells me you received an error message about FLAC decoding erroring out.

It looks like your encoding didn't do anything (it can't be done in 0.08 seconds I think) plus those lines about the Attributes are not there in your case, and the code tells me again that the conversion didn't take place. You don't have a more than 4 core processor, do you ? or what about those new Q core processors with 4 cores PLUS hyperthreading ? That would be 8 cores, and the program just won't recognize more than 4, but if more, it doesn't do anything I see now.

No, I have a Core2 duo T5550. The funny thing is that it plays on only 2 albums with AI. and I`ve tried to compare these with and without AI, but I can`t hear differense i sound quality by now.
