Important :

The zip contains an XXHighEnd.exe and XXEngine3.exe only. They are to be pasted over the 0.9y-5-00 install ! (and only that one)

This version, 0.9y-5-01 is merely a test version than a production version, meant to find further Kernel Streaming (Engine#4) problems for everyone;
It is useless to install this for Engine#3 users, hence it brings nothing new compared to 0.9y-5-00 for that.

Edit : ... which is NOT true, because it avoids the error messages at startup for some OS versions !


This version contains a normal device selection for Kernel Streaming devices, which are denoted by "KS:" (see below picture).

It is known from this version that it (often) won't play continuesly over tracks in Attended mode. Unattended should be allright.
Also it is known that it doesn't allow Pause - Play, or start in the middle of a track otherwise.

Edit : Devices which can operate on "24 bit only" (such as the OffRamp) are not supported in this version.

More 0.9y-5-nn versions may emerge (rather quickely) until most of the problems for everyone have been discovered, and solved.
